By accessing and using nuxt.codes ("Service", "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

nuxt.codes is a curated showcase platform for Nuxt.js projects. We provide a space for developers to:

• Submit and showcase their Nuxt.js projects
• Discover and explore projects built by the community
• Engage through upvotes, comments, and feedback
• Connect with other developers in the Nuxt ecosystem

3. Account Registration

To submit projects and engage with the community, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Project Submissions

Submission Guidelines

When submitting a project, you agree that:

• The project is built with Nuxt.js (Vue.js projects without Nuxt may not be accepted)
• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• The project is your own work or you have permission to showcase it
• The project does not contain malicious code, malware, or security vulnerabilities
• The project complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Review and Approval

All project submissions are reviewed by our admin team before being published. We reserve the right to:

• Approve or reject any submission at our discretion
• Request modifications or improvements before approval
• Remove projects that violate these terms after publication
• Communicate with you about your submission through our moderation system

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the projects and content you submit. By submitting content to nuxt.codes, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display your project on the platform
• Use your project information in promotional materials (with attribution)
• Share your project through our social media channels

This license exists solely to operate and promote the Service. You may remove your projects at any time, which will terminate this license.

Platform Content

The Service design, code, and original content (excluding user submissions) are owned by nuxt.codes and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You May

• Use the Service for personal or commercial purposes (portfolio building, client work, job applications)
• Share project URLs and embed links to your showcased projects
• Engage authentically with other community members
• Provide constructive feedback and comments

You May Not

• Submit spam, duplicate projects, or misleading information
• Manipulate upvotes or engagement metrics
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Submit projects that infringe on others' intellectual property
• Use the Service to distribute malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation

7. Community Guidelines

To maintain a positive community, we expect all users to:

• Be respectful and professional in all interactions
• Provide constructive feedback, not destructive criticism
• Credit others' work appropriately
• Report violations of these terms to our admin team

8. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates these terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Request improvements to submitted projects
• Moderate comments and community interactions

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on severity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• User-submitted projects meet any particular quality standards

You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk. All user-submitted content reflects the views of its authors, not nuxt.codes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nuxt.codes and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Security breaches beyond our control
• Actions or content of third parties or other users

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim (which is currently zero, as the Service is free).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nuxt.codes, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms

12. Termination

Your Rights

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your projects will be removed from public view and your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Technical or security reasons

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify active users through the platform or email
• Provide at least 14 days notice for significant changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

Dispute Resolution

• You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court
• You waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations

15. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and nuxt.codes regarding the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
